• Agency representation: Mali Line & Logistics is authorised to represent companies in their activities involving the Malian administration, such as payments of salary, social security matters and keeps its customers updated on any changes in legislation that may concern them;
• Airport pick-up for visitors: Airport formalities, assistance to customers visiting Mali and transfer to site;
• Entry Visa and Working permit: Procurement of entry visas for visiting customers and its business partners and working permits for its staff can also be arranged upon request;
• Hotel reservation/Accomodation: Including facilitating meetings with local authorities and a backup office/business center to the customers' disposal;
• Insurance:Mali Line & Logistics can arrange the insurance of its customers' cars, trucks, heavy duty equipment and workers through local insurance companies;
• Local purchases: We have the facility of procuring and delivering local purchases on behalf of our customers if required;
• Medical Evacuation: We provide assistance in the medical evacuation of customers' staff if required.
• Trucking services: Airfreight and seafreight consignments (up to 2.5 tons) are delivered to site using our own shuttle. For containers and breakbulk cargo exceeding latter weight, we subcontract the services of one of the major and most reliable trucking companies in Guinée.
